Orders & Shipping
At this time, we ship within the continental United States. We’re working on expanding shipping options, so stay tuned.
We usually process orders within 3-5 business days. From there, standard shipping takes about 3–7 business days, depending on where you live. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details by email so you can follow along.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us a note at info@annieozark.comand we’ll do everything we can to update or cancel it for you. Once your order has shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can still request a return once it is delivered to you (see our Returns Policy).
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. (see our Returns Policy).
Visit your Annie Ozark Account to request a return. Or, send us an email at info@annieozark.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid label and instructions.
We don’t currently process direct exchanges. The quickest way is to request a return for a refund, then place a new order for the item you’d like.
